Instructional Designers/Technical Writers - Jacksonville, Florida
This is a temporary position. The duration is planned for 5 months, but could be extended. Assignment is
located in Jacksonville, Florida and is responsible for providing instructional design/technical writing skills to develop
training programs for a national account. Knowledge and experience with Siebel and CRM preferred.

Project Manager - Process Improvement - Atlanta, Georgia
Five (5) years of project management experience required. Position requires
the ability to perform business assessments using benchmarking and industry best practices as comparisons and for recommendations.
Day to day responsibilities include project administration, oversight, and documentation of all project tasks.
Project tasks include, but are not limited to the following: tracking project schedules and resource schedules, developing
a project management plan detailing roles and responsibilities, lines of communication, and overall project administration
strategies, documenting meeting minutes, and ensuring that all items of work follow the contract requirements.

This position requires previous experience in business research and the ability to review and
document business processes. Must work well in a team environment and be actively engaged in the activities
